Once the proposal is tailored to your satisfaction, the next step is securing our services with a 30% non refundable deposit. This commitment initiates a collaborative journey, during which you gain access to an online portal. This tool streamlines the planning process, helping keep track of details, timelines, and other crucial aspects.
We work together on a style guide, an essential tool that visualises the overall aesthetic of the wedding. This guide evolves through collaboration, ensuring you feel confident and excited about the design elements before the big day.

For that reason, we like to meet with you to get to know you get into your head and find out what you’ve been thinking, even if you don’t know it yourself! This can be done at our 2 hour Wedding Consultation, if you are interstate or overseas we are happy to zoom with you .
Once we have sat down with you, or in the case of our overseas or intra/interstate clients, zoomed or chatted to you, we prepare a quotation for you based on what we have discussed and keeping in mind everything on your wish list. We only take on a limited number of weddings , so we can completely focus on every important detail of your wedding.
We have been in the wedding industry for many years, we work with other vendors that we respect and have a high standard of work and product like ourselves. Wedding planning is mostly focused on logistics & production of an event. Planners are there from the start of your event to the finish to make sure the planning process is seamless , leaving nothing to chance.
Wedding design is all about the aesthetics of your event, wedding designers bring your design vision to life. They are the creative force behind your vision. More often than not these are three separate people, a planner, stylist and florist. But there are a few planners in the industry that do all three - which is what we do here at Chandelabra Wedding Design. We find that having the skill to do all three provides our clients with a much more clear and concise direction all in one place.
